This moves large assets like .pdf and .jpg to LFS to offload it from history, so repository size doesn't grow as binary assets are updated / uploaded.

The original assets that were commited to the repository still stay in history. Maybe rewriting history and removing them from the repository (so they only stay on LFS) would be some further work.
